Every USNA Wedding Includes:

Ensuring Timeliness:  Timing is critical for a USNA wedding. We will create a detailed timeline and distribute to all vendors and wedding party. We’ll have a TSWP assistant stationed where the buses depart to ensure transportation runs smoothly. It’s imperative that everyone arrives at the chapel on time, as the schedule is strictly maintained.

Chapel Assistance:  A TSWP assistant will greet you and your guests upon arrival at the chapel. Since personal items cannot be brought into the chapel, we’ll collect and safely hold them until the ceremony concludes. We’ll also assist on the chapel steps, organizing your guests’ experience during and after the Sword Arch, and directing them on where to stand and where to go next.

Photography Coordination:  We’ll accompany you and your photographer around the Yard, ensuring all your special moments are captured at the most iconic locations. With so many stunning backdrops, it’s easy to lose track of time, but we’ll make sure you stay on schedule and arrive at your reception on time.

Seamless Setup and Flawless Execution: We handle all aspects of vendor coordination, ensuring seamless communication and execution. From setting up the room and installing décor to managing the breakdown after your event, we take care of every detail so you can focus on enjoying your special day.

Reception Protocols:  From ushering your guests into the reception to introducing the bridal party, we’ll handle all the details with precision, ensuring military protocols and traditions are respected. We’ll make sure everyone is honored appropriately, adding to the elegance and grandeur of your celebration.

Cake Cutting Tradition:  Cutting your wedding cake with a saber sword is a time-honored tradition. We’ll ensure the sword is ready for the ceremony, properly cleaned afterward, and safely stored for you to take home as a cherished keepsake.

Officers’ Club and Send-Off:  If your reception is at the Officers’ Club, we’ll assist with all the necessary preparations. When it’s time for your send-off, we’ll guide you through the Yard’s specific guidelines and share creative ideas to make your farewell memorable while adhering to the rules.
