They will play background music before your guests arrive, introduce your bridal party, organize the speeches and keep the guests informed. SAVINGS: When you are ready to sign a contract, ask for an additional hour of music, if you are having a longer reception. You can also ask them to give you complimentary up lighting or a dance floor monogram. When considering a photo booth, it is best to get it from your entertainment company and ask for a discount on the booth.
